Janice Glenn is a seasoned professional whose background fosters diversity and inclusion to increase growth and retention. She builds relationships by breaking down barriers and connecting people and businesses to work together. Currently, she serves as a Commissioner on the Illinois Human Rights Commission (HRC).  Previously, she was appointed Director of the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) where she was responsible for overseeing the agency’s primary goals to prohibit discrimination. She is an active civic leader currently serving on the Advisory Board of Future Leaders of Chicago (FLO Chicago) and she formerly served on the Auxiliary Board of Christ the King Jesuit College Prep High School. Ms. Glenn is an honorary member of Leadership Greater Chicago where she served as their Program Director for several years.
