Patient Community Advisory Committee Seeks Your Input

In August of last year, a group of local Chicago-area patient advocates formed a team to find a way to assure the patient’s voice in research. We’re thrilled to share that PCORI awarded us funding to ensure that patients and the public have the evidence-based information they need to make better-informed healthcare decisions. When you complete our survey, you help us promote research that is guided by patients, caregivers, and the healthcare community.

Our project is “Elevating the Patient Voice in Research” and we need you! The survey we developed will help us better understand the social issues and health conditions that are impacting your community. The survey only takes about 20 minutes to complete and we’re excited to announce the first 200 people who complete the survey will receive a $10.00 gift card!
